Do you feel like life is whizzing by? Take some time before the rush of the holiday season for a self-care retreat to give yourself some time to relax and rest. Join Erin Brindle, art therapist, and Sarah Tasman, community rabbi for this beautiful yoga and art workshop. The session will include time for Meditation and breathing techniques for relaxation and stress reduction and Restorative Yoga for all levels to allow the body and mind to rest. We'll also talk about strategies for finding more time in your life to rest, relaxation and reflection. We'll also have an opportunity to create art and engage in conversation around cultivating a practice of rest.
