I welcome you to retreat to create, deepen self awareness, and connect with others on October 21-24. Join me, Erin Brindle, an art therapist of 18 years and a group of creative, thoughtful women for Art Therapy, Equine Therapy, yoga, meals and restful time on your own in Cody, Wyoming, an 1 hour east of Yellowstone, at St. Thomas Apostle Center.
We will discuss shadow and light parts of self with highlights of the Book, "The Dark Side of the Light Chasers." As an art therapist, I've noticed the proximity to our laptops, traffic, and busy lifestyles curbs the connection to ourselves and the Earth. We connect to our creative, grounded energy with regular practices of creativity and rest, and time outside. In creativity workshops, I love the synergy of participants who gain new insights, creativity, and healing in life.
As a Counselor and Art Therapist of 18 years, I enjoy helping adults to connect and access wholeness and purpose in the larger community. I offer meditation, guided imagery, somatic work, trauma healing through EMDR, and exploration of aspects of self through Internal Family Systems and Shadow and Light Work.
